Hello

I've returned to the city after trying to deal with some problems on the surface, and found these new pod ages.
They are very interesting, but is any general info out on them?

I mean what are they for, what can you make them do, etc.

I noticed a map that seemed to list some locations of more pod ages.
So maybe this is just a small part of the big pictures?

There is still a lot of mystery to these pod ages, so a bit more observation is probably in order. Even though, they are enclosed pods, we can learn quite a lot from viewing the exterior with patience. This is not always rewarded but can certainly be worth the wait. I particularly like watching sunrise on Payferen.

Hi Kiwwy.

Apparently the D'ni used them for observation, kind of like a watching animals at a zoo.

I would study that map. I suggest you learn how to translate it.

Also, make note of anything else you find on that age; even things which are insignificant are noteworthy.

Wait and see. Now think of the pods as "zoos." You might be amazed.

These Pods were placed in the Museum by the D'ni, to further study of other creatures and area.

one of the biggest helps i found with these pod ages was discussing them with other explorers in the cavern. i was amazed to find out some information about them. and having spent quite a bit of time in them, they are not so "static" as they might at first appear.

i'd suggest bringing a nice sandwich, a lawn chair, some lemonade and setting up observation in front of one of the windows...

oh, and when you leave, make sure you turn out the lights... no sense in wasting electricity

Thanks for the great responses in this thread. I'll be spending some more time in the Pod Ages this week to see what I can find. smile.gif

Cheers,
