I still check over here periodically. Some Greeters are quite active in Guild Wars 2. When Windows 10 forced itself upon me I ended up having to reinstall Win 7 from scratch, and I lost whatever modifications that had allowed MOUL to run. I haven't been to the Cavern in months, although I have tried to find out what the problem is.

Ditto x2

It's a lot of fun, and noticed the easter egg from Channelwood wink3.gif

I too am having a fun time in Obduction! The blatant Channelwood easter egg was pretty cool, and it's also fun to pick out the old Uru sound effects that have been repurposed.

Nice to read each and everyone of you.

Unfortunately, I can't log into the Cavern anymore. I wasn't around when Cyan resetted all accounts, I think back in 2014 from what I read, and while preparing to reformat my computer, I hit the MOUL icon....couldn't log in as the account need re-activation.

As they are really busy with Obduction, it appears that MOULa support requests list for activation/re-activation is pretty long.
I re-installed everything but can't get in until it's my turn to be re-activated.

In the meatime, I am enjoying Obduction and WOW. See you back in the Cavern one day soon I hope!

Hope you have been, finally, able to get back into Uru, Alias. It's been too long, for me. My Internet connection is so horrible, Obduction doesn't run well, so I've only scratched the surface. At least I was able to see my 'piece of art' I submitted! That was fun! smile.gif

It hasn't helped that the site has been "down" for ages. down.gif At least I was able to direct people to the MO:UL site, some of the Youtube videos, and show some of my co-workers videos I keep on my iPad.

Hi! So glad to see this has opened up again. I have really missed this page and the sane postings! Looking forward to retiring in December and then being able to play all of the Myst franchise again and getting back into the public URU! I did become a backer for the 25th Anniversary and looking forward to the rewards. I have downloaded the digital games from GOG and now waiting for the goodies to arrive. Hard to believe 25 years! I have played for almost the 25 years! Well, anyway...hello to everyone!

25 years... Somewhat less for me, because I didn't have a Mac with an optical drive until mid-1997. "Riven" is still what I think is the best game ever made.

I kept an eye out for a follow-on to Riven, and bought Myst III as soon as it came out. Alas... it wouldn't run on my 1997 Power Computing Mac clone. I had to buy a new Powermac G4 for it. I've actually gotten a hankering to wander around in Myst III again, and installed it on my Win 7 machine but it doesn't work. I have since learned that the GoG version will work. If I want to pay for it. I saw no reason to spring for the anniversary set.
