Hey everyone!

I'm working in Serinia, at the point where I am supposed to divert the water I think. However, I am running into some obvious glitches in that from one place, the water is flowing, but when I take a step forward the water dissapears. It is making the game very hard to figure out, and I think it is keeping me from beating it as well. Here are some screenshots:

here is the first shot, as I walk towards the basin, the water is there:

next step, and the water is still there:

and as I turn the corner by the gate with the pull-down handle, and turn around and look back, the water dissapears!:

has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

Thanks,
Trev

Look else where for what you need.

So its not a glitch? Or is it not important?

It's not a glitch. It's important to find the right one.

It's not a glitch, but boy oh boy is it a pain in the bottom. Even when you do find Lotta Lagg's "else where", remember that there is more than one way to look at things. Good luck!

So you two are saying that its normal for the water states to change without changing any of the floodgates? Ok...that could cause some difficulties blink.gif

No, not quite. Sorry, in my attempt to not give anything away, I gave no help. My bad. I know for one that there is more than one place to divert the water. If I am correct, there are no less than four of these places. But using the pics I know where you are. The more I look at them, the more I may agree with you. You didn't mess with any levers in between pictures 2 and 3 you said? That is strange.

yes, those 3 pictures were taken in direct succession, with doing nothing but moving in between... headbang.gif kinda hard to figure out the puzzle when the game isn't working right down.gif

Yeah, I am also having this exact same problem Trev has described. I don't switch any levers or change anything inbetween taking steps, but at. . .

. . . I can walk up to it and water will be running in a certain lane, and then zoom in on that lane and the water has suddenly vanished. Once again, this is without pushing any levers inbetween. It also happens at

If anybody knows of any patches that will fix this, I would be grateful; otherwise, it is extremely confusing, irritating, and preventing me from continuing with/enjoying the game.
