Budgie, that is so beautiful! I would certainly say that you have captured the feel of what you were looking for. Looks like a beautiful little tidal pool, just as the tide is edging the rim of it!

blush.gif I wish to apologize for moving some pictures and thus breaking links to some posts here. So I thought I would update those here. The first was a "filter feeder" that was quite large---Feb.10,2008. Rather than put that back up...here is a smaller quilt inspired by that quilt. It's called Filter Feeder"

The next ones that were dropped were two little freeform, two tone quilts from Feb. 15, 2008.
The first is Sea Floor:

This a better view of the second one titled On the Beach

And just to finish this up, here is a 3D quilt...it can lay on a table or hang on a wall. I sort of went all out embellishment-wise. It depicts all the sea/ocean flotsam that gets washed up onto a beach or in a small tidal pool.

If you like all these ocean themed quilts---I've got 9 more!!! I could post here...don't want to be shy.gif about showing them all.

Don't worry too much about posting them here, Budgie. You have an appreciative audience on this forum. biggrin.gif

But, you do have an alternative if you're worried about taking up too much space. You could post them on your website, and provide links here to the appropriate pages. That would also let folks that don't already have your site bookmarked take a look at even more of your art. wink3.gif
