SPOILER for those who want to find their own ways to the islets around Relto.
However, here are three maps for those who need some help. The approximate jumping points are marked as well as the types of the jumps. In spite of the maps you probably need a few panic links!  Click here to view/hide a spoiler.

Image #2b - Uru MOULThere is no map for the south island, it can be reached from the edge with a run-jump and then you can continue to the spiral (clock) island. [update] After more than 6 years, the MOUL variation has been added.
