wow is right that is quit the collection, but i bet there is one more, i know you went out and bought your URU, but didn`t you also get one shiped via ups, if i`m wrong then you didn`t get the 10th anv dvd, i didn`t see it listed may be i missed it

Actually I did get both of mine together ... it's listed under Collections with the 5th Anniversary Edition

I didnt see Myst for Playstation up there though . That is how I was first introduced to Myst . I saw it in a video store and decided I had to try it . Didnt take it back until I finished it...........talk about late fees . I probably could have just bought it .

I've been holding out for a sealed copy of Myst for PlayStation ... hard to find.

I have a few things I've gotten over the years, but I don't consider myself a collector. I rarely buy something and leave it sealed. I just get what I want to have and use, though I admit I've bought a few tee shirts just to support things (such as Mysterium/unMysterium) and haven't worn them.

About the only collector's-anything-Myst I have is the special edition Exile with the pewter Squee and soundtrack. Of course that's opened and I've played both the game and the soundtrack and the little squee is still sitting on my desk. He's about the only patient one around here...my dogs are even getting upset with my lost patience!

But I do enjoy reading everyones posts and occasionally I get a shocker - just like this one!

Sorry for my deep ignorance, it probably comes from my imperfect English but what do you mean by "sealed copy"? I know what the words "seal" and "sealed" mean, but in this case? All boxes are sealed in a way?! Anyway, congratulations on this huge collection!

A "sealed" copy is one that has never been opened at all and is still in it's original factory packaging.

So Wolfie, you never know if your "sealed" boxes have really SOMETHING inside? They could be just "empty" boxes and your collection will worth nothing!!!

If I was you, I would just "open" them to check the inside. And seal them again.

What happen if you open one of them and find out it is empty??? Or has other stuff inside besides the one you expected?

Nope ... I don't open them and you can tell if they have been opened ... especially those with shrink wrap ... as the original games came.

And I have no doubt about what each contain ... if I carried this doubt then I would be questioning every single "sealed" item I ever bought ... includeing and not limited to ... FOOD!

What a collection, I didn't even know some of the items exists, I do have a few versions of Myst as for Win 3.1 and then win 95 and Myst Masterpiece edition and RealMyst, but thats about all I have as of different versions of the same game. What you have is really impressive. Can you make a snap shot of your everything MYST shrine?

i never collected any of the boxes of my games. they are just to big to store in my smal room. how do you manage to store all this? do you have an extry MYST-room or did you write an storage age that you can link to, when you want to see them?

the only special edition i have is my german UrU press kit, thats a box with a making of CD and a CD with press information. its a book shaped box. (looks like some of the linking books. i will keep that as it looks really good between my 'normal' books.

I keep my collection in my bedroom which is about 12x12 ... a somewhat large room. Most items are on two of three bookshelves and a CD rack. I have two windows with valances ... so I display stuff up there as well.



Ahhh ... what I wouldn't give to add this to my collection. Please promise me if you ever decide to depart with this item that you will offer to sell it to me ... or at least offer me first chance at buying it from you.

But I must have this obsession or fear of straving. My kids all say Mom you could live for a year with what is in your pantry. So I keep collecting.

I was just directed here from UO - I just posted to say I've got the Amiga version, but in English - is your copy made by Clickboom too...? It was my first experience of playing a Myst game for myself, and I treasure it!

I've never yet come across anyone else on these forums who has actually played this version - I'm sure they're out there though!
